Phil: Does the high voltage come up at all? I assume the primary power supply is running since you have sound You have to check secondary supply. Measure B+ at R6598 (0.27ohm)for 135V. if B+ is low or 0 volt, then measure pin 2 of IC 6501 if it is higher than 2 volts then oscilator stage IC 6501 area has problem. If lower then 2 volts then error regulating state IC6503/PH6502 has problem.
