[TechAssist] Sony KV32TW75 (need to access service menu)

Does anyone know if this model has a service menu? I tried the normal way
using the remote (display, 5, volume up, power) repeatedly without success
and I did not see the little switch on the antenna a/v jack panel to hold in
while turning the set on. I do not have a manual on this model but I think
it was manufactured in 1991 so it may still have mechanical adjustments on
the chassis. The problem is it is out of horizontal sync intermittenly and I
have seen this on sets with a service menu (I usually find that HFRE is set
too close to a threshold point and have to reset it to a point halfway
between the lower and upper limits). I do not see anything about this on the
Sony website and there is not a manual available for download. There is also
nothing I can find about this in WINSTIPS either.
