[TechAssist] Sony KV-2965-dead

Hi! I am working on a Sony KV-2965 which the customer complained of lines in
the picture. When we tried it on the bench it wouldn't power up. The led
flases red once when power button is pressed. I can here the deguasing circuit
working but no sound or picture and no high voltage. There is 140Vdc on the
collector of the Horz. output transistor.
I do not have a schematic. Any help appreciated.
