[TechAssist] Sony KV27v15 Blowing HO and Q501&2

I replaced Q591, Q601 &2 (which is in a kit along with 2 resistors) , ran it
for 3 hours, gave it to customer. It lasted 5 mins at his house , and blew
everything again. Can anyone tell me of any other thing I need to change.
Or what is causing this TV to blow these components?
