[TechAssist] Sony KV27XBR37 no start

The set came in with short C to B on Q601 & 602. Found that VDR 601 was
shorted as well as the 6.8 fuse res open. After replacing with all factory
parts I
still get no start up or secondary supply off of T604 to the power module IC
601. I have isolated the horiz circuit on the chance of a short there but still
cannot get my secondaries. Source 5 which is a 15v supply comes to 13v. Any
help with this I would be gratefull this has not been my month for Sony.
