[TechAssist] Sony KPR-46EX35 Immediate hv shutdown

Hi guys... Happy Sunday.
I had a real "stinker" yesterday..Not the tv, the HOUSE!!!
Looked at a Sony KPR-46EX35 that fires up then immediately looses HV while
the audio stays on. Not familar with this model at all and was
surprised to see 2 flybacks feeding the hv block.. I tried to get the
hv wires out of the block because there was hv leakage from the left wire
each time I started the set but just could not get them out. Probably
because all I could think of was getting out of the stinky house!
I suspect the hv block and had actually hoped it was NLA (145310852)
but it is available @ $103 and the customer wants it. I hate to even
go back but I really do not want to order a $103 part and eat it if I'm
wrong. The customer also stated that the set "sometimes" would take an=20
hour before the picture popped on before it finally stopped this time.
ANY suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!
