[TechAssist] Sony KPR-4600B dead,fuses seem OK

I can't find a date on this heavy TV but looks like 1980's. Customer 
said dead when they came home. Am I crazey or is this the worst TV ever 
to access any of the boards. Looks like the PS is mounted on the side 
but do not see a way to remove it for service/testing.
