[TechAssist] Sony KP-56S25 Going into shutdown. LED Blinks twice

Sony KP-56S25 Going into shutdown. LED Blinks twice. B+ gose up to 81V and
drops off. Unpluged anode and B+ gose up to 131V and drops. Did not find
anything in techassist arcives on this model. Found some on KP53S15 and Q509,
Q510, Q601, Q602 & R606 all check good. Could use the schmatic.
