[TechAssist] Sony KP-53S17, RA-1 chassis, lines in picture

I replaced the convergence STK's 5 weeks ago and now there are many
horizontal lines in the picture. All tips point to the jungle IC301
CXA1477AS as the culprit. I pulled the chassis only and this set is 30
minutes away--is there anything else that could cause these lines?
