[TechAssist] Sony Jungle chip CXA1477AS, attention Canadian techs

If any Canadian techs are having a hard time finding one of these IC's
right now, please read below.
I was searching for a source of the Sony Jungle chip CXA1477AS, which is
IC 301 in the chassis I'm working on. Global has 2 prices listed, the
original part number 8-752-063-50 for $107.97 CDN and the generic for
about $30.00. They've had the generic on back order for over a month now
so I did some calling around and I found one at Premier Part Source in
Burlington, ON. The part they have is the official Sony part in the
antistatic bag with part number 8-752-063-50 and the Sony logo on the
label. Price was $64.50 + GST plus 4.87 shipping. Not exactly cheap but
it might be better than having a set sit around until next year waiting
for a part.
