Change C613 From 22uf@25v To 1uf@25v. Spent Hours Trying To Locate Faulty
Parts But All Parts Were Ok. Using Coolant Isolated To The General Area Of
C613. After A Few More Hours It Occurred To Me To Change The Value Of This
Capacitor.
