Supply reel fault! If thats a B-Mechanism chassis model, traces are broken
in the flex circuit board glued to the LS Slider chassis. You have to
replace the LS Chassis, A-7018-245-B, then adjust the back tension to 9
gm-cm, and adjust the guide post heights (or swap the old guide posts for
the new) The LS Chassis assembly is about $80, less from MCM.
