That generally means that F402 is open, bottom side of the board that is
attached to the mechanical assy next to F401 but I didn't think it would
play any disk if the fuse opened so it's probably a weak laser or a dirty
lens. Check the fuse and if it is there read this information.

00 for Sony CD / DVD
It reads DVD disk , then error code comes on display.
It does play music CD's.
