[TechAssist] Sony CCD-TRV37 wont load

This 2000 model came in with the slider in the up position. Wont load or
eject the cassette. Error code C:32:20 - take up reel slack. We have about a
half dozen other similar models waiting for service with sliders in the up
position. Model years 1998 to 2000, and getting phone calls from people with
similar sounding problems. Is this just the B mechanism ribbon cable problem
or has Sony created a new service opportunity? Just seems strange these all
came in at once.
