[TechAssist] Sony, CCD-F402 camcorder, intermittent sync and video in EVF.

Traced problem to Q172 on the VA-67 board, when good the base bias is 
about 1.2 volts with good video signal, when bad the video signal is 
still good but the bias on base is only about .6 (point 6) volts so 
there is not much signal passing through to the emitter. Looks like the 
video component is getting passed but not the sync pulses due to 
improper biasing. Collector voltage stays at about 5 volts. Could 
someone with a schematic tell me where the base bias comes from?
