The value of R624 from Kevin Harris is 390 ohms, 1 watt. Also had to replace R625, a 3.3 ohm, 5 watt resistor. All this extra work because I had neglected to re-insert the mica washer between the HOT and the heat sink. It doesn't pay to repair things when a person is tired.
