[TechAssist] Sharp Tv Model 35LD956 intermittent video and audio problem

Hello folks
This set has intermittent video and audio problem. It is definately not cold
solder connection. When acts up IC 801 pin 1,2,3,4 voltages drop down from 5,5
volts to 1 volt sometimes less then 1 volt. I thought this IC is bad but
replaced with another one, problem still there. Any repair tips on this model
please pass it to me. Thanks in advance
