[TechAssist] Sharp 27RV79, dead, relay clicks

This set still has me stumped.
B+ is low, 105vdc, I've checked all resistors, diodes and caps and can find no
problems.
The relay click when I press power. I ruled out the relay as being the problem.
D2713 cathode is 161vdc, s/b 148vdc
FBT pin 9 = 105vdc
I can find no problem components. Has anyone found anything on this chassis to
break down under load, possibly?
Thanks for any suggestions.
