[TechAssist] Sharp 25Vt-J100 cannotturn off

Larry,
I just had one of these. It turned out to be Q3102. It checked OK and I
replaced IC 2001 to no avail, then relaced Q3102 and it resolved the problem,
so I think Q3102 was leaky.
