OR - 
you can get the Powertoys from Microsoft which has a SendTo feature that
adds an option of "Sent To Any Folder" when you right-click.
You can select a folder or a drive.
Powertoys are available for all Windows (95 thru XP). Also has other
valuable features like TweakUI.
Put out by MS but not officially supported.
