[TechAssist] Sencore SC-61 NO HV,bad flyback/LOPT ??

My scope has no trace,hit "beam finder" still no go.Removed case checked for
bad connections cleaned connectors.
There is no HV at anode flyback/lopt rings BAD with dick smith ringer, has
anybody had this problem before? The horiz-output ixter checks good.
