[TechAssist] Sanyo tv ds31580 motorboating video and audio.

Need help on this. Has motorboating video and audio. No audio or video thru
rca inputs. Someone said to try r106 which was to be 14w at 22k. Cant seem
to find any r106 on this chassis 31580-00. Also need sams folder number on
this one and the following if possible;
Toshiba 27151, Zenith SM2745MK8, Zenith SJ2726EW5, These 3 have no power
up and I don't have sams on them. Any help would be appreciated...
