[TechAssist] Sanyo model AVM3651G chassis G7R-3561G, picture washed out, smeared.

Looks like a bad picture tube but I don't think it is because if I tune it
off channel then back on channel the picture looks good for a few seconds
until it washes out again. Sound is ok and it's not an AFT problem. Any tips
on this one?
