We have a problem with a Sanyo model # D525530 Initially their was no HV
and set would turn off and the flyback made a sizzling noise. I changed the
flyback and the 130V reg. Now the problem I have is that the picture is
blooming. It looks as if there is some type of regulation problem.Any help
appreciated . Thank you.
