According to Sams 4801, Q601 is a 2SK2872 or Sanyo 405 166 7601. There is a
D408 which is a 150 zener from the +130v source to ground. Around Q601 is
R612 off the gate (10 fusible) and off the source are R613 (0.22 3watt
fusible) and R617 (680 ohm fusible).
BTW, does anyone know of a common FET of this type that can be used as a
"general" replacement. We have been seeing a lot of bad FETs in small TV,
DVDs and TV/VCR combi's. Thanks, John.
