[TechAssist] Sanyo (AVM-3680G) Need part #

Hello techs
This set came in with a blown transistor(Q604), the only thing that i could
read is just the C and the last two number. There is a hole in between the C
and the last two #. If someone on the list have work on this set and know the #
can you please send it to me. The chassis # is G5D-3680G.
