[TechAssist] Sanyo AVM-2753(Dead)

Fellas i need any advice on this one. My mom tv just went dead overnight, she
ask me to check to see what the problem was but when i press the on button tv
try to start but then you hear the relay clicks. I did not open the set to
check for any burn or visible defective parts because i din`t have my tool
handy. Anyway before i start to troubledhoot this set i need some tips from
you guys, this way i get some parts and try to get this set working on a
first shot. an schematics will be appreciated if anyone have one that could
fax me. The chassis # is G31-27531.
