Have an AV3156 that got a power surge.
D503 which is across the 26V power line shorted and opened the fuse
resistor R483. Replaced R483 and the set runs OK with D503 not
installed.
Number on D503 is "Z35A" and symbol on board shows as a zener, could
this be an avalanche diode used to protect the 26V line Physically
located on the VCC pin of the vert O/P ic.
Generic value would be best because don't want to order just one diode
from Sanyo.
