[TechAssist] Sansui COM311AD works on AC but dead on DC (2nd try)

This unit has a good picture and operate well in AC, but when DC is applied
it is dead. I have 12 volts at the plug on the board and to D513 after that
no sure no schematic. Anyone seen this before?
