Its a MTS stereo tuner from a GoVideo. Nothing on it to indicate that it is
a PAL unit, but I guess I should try playing a tape to make sure. Some of
the chip parts in the antenna switch section have evaporated. Nothing to
compare it with or I would try repairing it.
I guess it would be cheaper to advise the customer to buy a vcr to use for a
tuner for the GoVideo.
