Multisystem TV. Has bright white raster with partial retrace lines (the
retrace lines seem to skip and don't go all the way to the edge of the
screen, and are farily wide) (best way to describe it is that looks like
some major mistiming/bias anomoly), No apparent OSD either. Ideas or help
would be usefull. [Failed while the customer was in germany then shiped back
with him when he came back to the states]
