[TechAssist] Samsung VCR Int. eats tapes

Samsung VCR model # VR8607C. Has on-board power supply. Mode switch is a
concoction of two leaf switches, not your usual rotary type. Anyways, about
20% of the time when you eject, the slack isn't taken up. At this time the
capstan motor is NOT turning. Any ideas ?
