We have a Samsung Model sp431jx... chassis # apt51b
Big Screen tv which has been in theShop for some time..
Samsung techs said it was the convergence module
and it was sent to them in febuary for repairs..as the module has been
discontinued
in manufacture..no replacement is available...Got it back cost 120.00
but did not
correct the problem..The green convergence lines are out of convergence
very bad and they have a heavy jitter up and down the screen..The
horrizontal green lines are like dots
with heavy jitter.left to right .When the set is first turned on there
is no jitter but the convergence is off
especially on top No parts were installed in the convergence module so I
don't think
it was a problem..The convergence on the complete screen is a
mess..Looks like an electrolytic
Would it be in the green convergence Amplifier..Have a service manual
Any help or suggestions with this one would be appreciated..
