Jerry maybe your customer like some of mine is running his set through a
home theatre amp off of a converter or sat receiver---he has sound through
the system but not at the TV. Obviously we ask the wrong questions when we
are trying to help our customers, they are not always aware of what they

Jeff: I know that is not much to go on. I thought maybe some knew if
Samsung had model and chassis # hide some where. I did get it on the table
today. Owner lied to me, it all so has no sound. Front LED lites up and
thats all. HOT checks good. Pulled anode lead on flyback no hi voltage. No
indication of it even trying to startup.
I will get deeper into it Monday and update.
