Prakash,
Take a look at the carriage drive gear, it's the plastic gear on the deck
that engages the rack gear on the cassette carriage.  Inspect it, and the
master cam gear, which is the gear it engages, for tooth damage.  If it is
making noise in the loading sequence a gear problem is most likely the
cause.
