Dennis,
the 456-11 part is not showing up as a good part number.
457-11 is showing good and it is not disc from what I can see.
I suggest going to www.google.com typing in the part number with and without
the dashes.
You may find a distributor with one in stock.

I have Sony KV-29XBR85 under repair. and found out that the flyback is
defective. number is 1-439-456-11
but tritronics or other parts supplier listed 1-439-457-11 as the flyback for
this model.
anyone got a copy of service manual to verify which part number is correct?
also 1-439-457-11 is not available any idea of its substitute.?
