Did you check this information on your Tech Repair CD:
SONY\KP46V25\POWER CONTROL RELAY CYCLES ON* OFF. POWER BUTTON NO
EFFECT\\\\REPLACE +12V REG* IC652 ON *G*
BOARD\\\\\\\\
Sony\KP46V25\Shut down with the relay cycling\Removing the antenna allowed the
set to stay on\\\Shorted
1uf 50V poly cap (C1516) off of pin 7 of the vertical amp IC ( IC1501
STV9379).\\\\\\\\

dead, light was blinking all the time, I checked for shorts, resoldered
the infamous convergence IC's, now it only blinks once then is in shutdown,
can hear the speaker thump, I've no infor on Sony's any help? Sorry for
