From Tech Repair CD:
Sony,DVPS560,DVD,Won't read disk or NO DISC or C 13:00,,,You may find F402 open.
If so-go to the following link and also change R416 and R418 from 150k to 82K.

is stamped on SM resistors,The link is case sensitive,,,,,,,,
Unfortunately, I can not find the link that explains this procedure..hopefully
someone can send the link that gives a detailed repair on this problem.

This DVD player starts out with the dreaded C1300 display and after you
restart it a couple of times it begins to read and displays the " FBI
warning" then again goes to the C1300 display, turn it off and on a few
more times and the movie starts to play but it starts to break down.
Does this mean the laser is going bad or does it need some adjustments,
never ran in a problem like this.
