[TechAssist] SONY Big Screen KP- 53S25 , 3 blue, green, red line in the middle

This sony TV KP-53S25  has 3 blue, green and red curved line in the middle . 
Sometimes they go up and down and sometimes other static lines appear around 
those lines. I changed both convergence IC's and checked all 4.7 ohm resistors 
under heat sink, but did not help. Next item I am thinking to change is IC 301 
( Jungle IC ) . Any other suggestion ? Am I in the right track ?
Does anyone know where I can order IC 301 which is reliable and economical ?
