[TechAssist] SANYO DS 35510 fix

Sanyo DS35510
Symptom: customer said set went out during storm, so husband repalced
fuse(which it blew).
Solution: I found Q605(2SA1015 - NTE 290A) shorted, Q604(2SC3807-NTE2504)
shorted, Q601( 2SC4423-NTE2308) NOTE: I used the SGS IF461(CTC169 switcher
output) because current rating as well as switching time is superior to
NTE2308, D612 opto(PC817) shorted, IC601(SE130) shorted. replacing these
items as well as fuse restored normal operation, hth.
