The problem turned out to be a bad cylinder (head) motor, showed in self
diagnostic in SM then checked it.
Called costumer with the news. She then told me she lent it to a friend and
got it back with a tape eaten in it.
Took it to another shop and had tape remove and did not work since. wish she
would have told me this from the beginning.
