[TechAssist] Repair Tip for Computer Monitor AOC model 7KLR

This 17" AOC monitor came in with only about 1/3 of the screen (not full
horizontal deflection) and picture was bowed inward equally on both
sides (pincushion). Digital adjustment knob on front panel had no effect
on this but would still adjust other functions such as horizontal position.
Cure: open Q405, TIP122 darlington transistor on heatsink around the
flyback. Also went over the board and resoldered many poor looking
connections.
