Run the red output from the ckt bd to the blue or green gun. If you get a blue or green picture, then check the output voltages on the T chip. Should be apx 2.9v, if not, then T chip is defective. Can be caused by arc in crt. I changed the color outputs and the CRT board and still have the same thing. I don't know if its coming for the chassis or if the green and blue gun went bad at the same time.
