This is quite common if customer is on antenna & located near an FM station. Channel 6 audio-rf frequency is within the FM band. Also if on cable there may be a problem with his cable connection. It's unlikely cause is with the TVs. There are tunable rf traps available that may help. If the trap doesn't work and he's on antenna the only cure is probably to go to cable.
