[TechAssist] RS2620 Stereo unit no sound

I know this is a cheap unit but my daughter loves it anyway everything works
but the unit has no sound. I can't find any service manuals for it. When I
scope it there is no audio from the pre-amp plug or for that matter I can't
find audio anywhere no matter what source I am using. I am thinking it is a
missing voltage either power supply or micro but with no schematic I have no
clue. If anyone might be able to help thank you.
