[TechAssist] RCA floor model no audio on 2 cable channels

This TV is about 16 years old but the customer likes it a lot and would like
it fixed. Picture and sound are good on all channels, but there is no audio
at all on 2 cable channels (27 and 63). No original remote is available.
Buttons on TV are for channel, volume and on/off only. Could this be from the
cable company ? Thanks for any ideas.
