hello everyone.i have got an rca ctc179cm here in my shop.when it came in
the customers complaint was that the words on the screen was to wide.when i
pluged the set in i notice that the pix was bowed in on both sides and the
osd was going off of the screen to far.i opened the set and found l4403
sidepin coil had burnt.i changed the coil and i also noticed that theq4401f
horizontal drive was also getting hot and had a burn mark on the chassis.i
changed that also.the drive transister is still over heating and the pix is
still bowed and the osd is still to wide.i have on schematic for this
unit.any one out there had this set before and what do i look for to correct
this problem.thanks to everyone.
