[TechAssist] RCA TV model F35750ST Chassis CTC169BG5 shutdown

Hello, Techs!
This Tv tried to turn on for 2 seconds then shutdown, I have changed all HV
capacitors C4401, C4402,c4403; CR4118, and check all CAPS in power supply no
help. Isolated 2 audio O/P IC's TDA2052, power stay on. I order new IC's, put
them in, again TV shutdown. I do have -17V and +17V to both IC's. Isolate B+ &
B- on new IC's power stay on, pix is OK. What am I missing here? Please help!!!!
