You probably have to adjust the 1st 2 settings in the EEprom , both are for
horiz, and I think the 1st setting is the horiz oscillator.
Press and hold the menu button with the tv turned on, then press and release
the power, then the volume up button. You should see a display like P00
and V00 pop up. Release the Menu button.
Press the volume up until the V00 is at V76, then press the Chan up button.
That changes the P00 setting and you should be set at P01. next adjust the
volume up or down button until the picture roll slows to a crawl. Doesn't
have to stop, just as slow as you can get it. Then press channel up again
and the picture should lock, now you're at P02 and that is either Horiz
width or Horiz centering.....adjust that as necessary.
P6 , P7, P8 is crt bias and P9, P10, p11 is crt drive settings, you may have
to balance the black and white portion of the video signal possibly, Red is
1st #, Green 2nd, and Blue is 3rd.
