You know Hollis, when I first started there was this guy at the service
center that taught me the very same rule. I was checking everything with my
multimeter and pulling my hair out and he walked over said let's hook the
scope up and there was the problem on the scope. Since then I use the scope
for all measurements to see trash on the lines ect.
